Programs

Programs extend the ASTRO network—they are not the product core. Identity, trust, the registry, the Owners Network, and the Owners Exchange remain the spine. What follows are network-native capabilities: structured discovery, property guest commerce settled on the Direct Payment Rail, and art participation where rails stay separated from Travelcoin except where canon explicitly allows (for example, defined Travelcoin escrow for commissions—not purchases of Travelcoin).

Rail separation: Guest and program commerce uses card or fiat rails recorded as program orders. Owner-to-owner stays use Travelcoin on the exchange ledger. The two are not interchangeable.

Discovery neutrality: No program fee, partner spend, or distribution package may change Owners Exchange discovery ordering.
