No. The Exchange is for verified members coordinating owner-to-owner stays. Public registry pages do not provide guest booking or checkout.

How do STR owners exchange stays?

Members discover eligible properties and move through request and acceptance flows in the application. Value at stay confirmation follows platform rules using Travelcoin as an internal accounting unit — not OTA-style instant booking on public pages.

Owner-to-owner stays inside ASTRO's verified property network. Every property is owner-claimed and verified; every member is a verified owner; every stay is individually host-approved. ASTRO Exchange is the program that lets value contributed by hosting one owner be used for a stay at another, anywhere in the network.

How an Owners Exchange stay moves

STEP 1
Request
A verified member requests specific nights at a verified property. No value moves. No calendar lock. Host decides.
STEP 2
Host approves
Approval is the settlement pivot. The stay is confirmed, the property's nightly value is frozen for those nights, and Travelcoin settlement posts: guest-side consumed, host-side credited.
STEP 3
Stay completes
The stay happens. The ledger is append-only — historical postings are never rewritten. A valid cancellation creates an exact reversing posting, not an edit.

About Travelcoin

Travelcoin is ASTRO's internal unit of account for owner-to-owner stays. It is not cash, not cryptocurrency, not a token, not a purchasable credit, and not redeemable for dollars. Internal accounting uses a dollar-referenced anchor (1 TC = $1 of internal exchange value) so owners can compare different properties coherently — that anchor is a unit equivalence for settlement, not a promise of redemption.

Travelcoin and direct-payment rails never cross. Member program payments (Concierge, Home Showcase, AArtners) run on a separate priced-credits and Stripe Connect rail; Travelcoin is internal Exchange accounting only.
