Concierge
What it is
Concierge is intent-to-fit discovery: members explore properties and experiences by trip shape (canonical intents), using the same property truth as the rest of ASTRO. It is not a booking engine, not a replacement for property pages, and not a place where partners buy rank.
Why it exists in the network
It helps verified members find the right fit without turning discovery into a paid placement product. Handoff is the boundary: after fit, the member moves to the next allowed action (view property, browse the Owners Exchange, structured request flows)—not automatic fulfillment or Travelcoin settlement inside Concierge itself.
How it works
Concierge reuses the canonical property presentation (Property Card lineage) with Concierge context only. Fit and ordering must not be driven by program revenue, ads spend, or partner fees (exchange discovery neutrality extends to this discovery product’s integrity).
What unlocks it
The public Concierge routes are for exploration; deeper member actions follow sign-in and trust state. PIG and ladder rules apply to onboarding paths that lead to claims and privileges—see trust contracts for detail.
