What it is
ASTRO Guest Portal replaces paper clutter with one shareable guest link—and, when you enable it, an on-property QR entry—for house details, local tips, Wi-Fi when you choose to show it, and offers you turn on for guests.
Why it exists in the network
It is owner-controlled hospitality infrastructure on the property guest surface: guests get one clear place to stay informed, and owners reduce repeat questions without turning the stay into an OTA checkout.
How it works
Guests can open your portal at the public guest gateway (/g/{astro_id}). When QR access is enabled for your property, on-property QR can route to the same portal experience using an opaque anchor—subject to owner enablement and trust gates. QR builder download and runtime activation follow property setup in your owner dashboard; this page describes the product direction, not a live builder on the public site.
What unlocks it
Guest Portal features unlock as you claim and verify a property and meet guest-surface trust rules. Honor Pantry, Home Showcase, and Concierge handoffs may appear inside the portal when you enable them—each on the correct rail and contract.
