Management that keeps owners direct.

ASTRO is not a property manager. We introduce owners to independent short-term-rental management companies that take bookings direct on their own sites — the professionals who help out-of-town owners run a property without handing it to an OTA.

  • Direct-booking operators, not intermediaries. These companies run their own booking sites, so an owner's guests can book the property directly instead of through an OTA listing.
  • Built for out-of-town owners. Not every owner can self-manage. A local operator handles turnovers, guest communication, and on-the-ground care — the work that keeps a property bookable.
  • Owner-first boundary. ASTRO does not manage properties and takes no cut of a booking. We introduce owners to independent operators; the management relationship is solely between the owner and the company.

Operators

Listings describe each company's own publicly advertised service and link to its own booking site. ASTRO is not a party to any booking and publishes no invented details. A company can ask us to update or remove its listing at any time.
