American Maple Museum

Croghan, NY

The International Maple Museum Centre, formerly known as the American Maple Museum, was founded in 1977 to preserve the history and evolution of the North American maple syrup industry. It collects tools and equipment used to make maple sugar and syrup, from the earliest times to the present, with artifacts from across the U.S. and Canada. The museum hosts annual inductions into the American Maple Hall of Fame and offers pancake breakfasts in its dining room.
