About Kenosha History Center
The Kenosha History Center is part of the Kenosha County Historical Society campus, which features two buildings. The main Kenosha History Center building focuses on Kenosha County history and houses three exhibit galleries, a gift shop, and archives. The campus also includes the Southport Light Station Museum, a restored 1866 lighthouse and its adjacent 1867 Lighthouse Keeper's home. This fourth gallery focuses on maritime history, with the Keeper's home restored to a 1908 time period.
