About Texas City Museum
The Texas City Museum preserves local history through exhibits including artifacts and films about the 1947 Texas City Disaster, city founding narratives, the U.S.S. Westfield's Dahlgren Cannon, and a Children's Discovery Room. The museum occupies a historic 30,000-square-foot building.
