About Fort Clark Guardhouse
The Fort Clark Guardhouse was built in the 1870s using limestone blocks, reflecting military design adapted to local materials. It served as a guardhouse and prison, later becoming military police headquarters. Today, as the Old Guardhouse Museum, it displays Fort Clark artifacts and maintains archives for researchers. The building retains its 1930s appearance.
