About Daufuskie Island Historical Foundation
The Daufuskie Island Historical Foundation is a 501(C)3 organization founded in 2001. It works to preserve the history and culture of Daufuskie Island, South Carolina. The foundation established an Island History Museum and created a self-guided trail of historic island sites. It has also acquired and restored historic buildings and started an Island History Archive Center.
