About Pawtuxet Rangers Armory
The Pawtuxet Rangers, chartered in 1774 to defend the seaport of Pawtuxet, maintain one of the few fife and drum corps in America integrated with an active military organization. Members represent infantry with period musket reproductions, artillery with a three-pounder cannon, and a color guard. The Rangers also provide honor guard services for special occasions.
