About Pickerington-Violet Township Historical Society
The Pickerington-Violet Township Historical Society maintains a museum in the historic Carnegie Library, located in downtown Pickerington. The museum tells the story of Pickerington-Violet Township through artifacts like prehistoric Native American tools, an original town pump, and a restored 1879 Taber pump organ. Visitors can also view items from Moore's Pool Hall and high school graduating class photos, or use the reference area for public research of historic documents and a database of Violet Cemetery graves.
