About Plattsburgh Air Force Base Museum
The Plattsburgh Air Force Base Museum honors the forty-year presence of the U.S. Air Force in the North Country. Visitors can learn about Plattsburgh AFB, which hosted the 380th Bomb Wing and the 380th Air Refueling Wing. The museum, originally conceived in 1982, reopened in 2014 as part of the Battle of Plattsburgh Association. Behind the museum, Clyde A. Lewis Park displays two aircraft from the old base.
