About Heritage Museum
The Heritage Museum preserves the historical culture and heritage of Lincoln County and northwest Montana. Its unique twelve-sided, 130-foot diameter log structure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The museum houses artifacts from early Libby history, including settlement, mining, and logging. Visitors can also explore the Mary and Larry Hebenstreit Center for Archival Research and see the Ole Four Spot J Neils Lumber Shay Locomotive.
