About Crazy Mountain Museum
Crazy Mountain Museum specializes in Sweet Grass County history, preserving its past from geological finds to local genealogy. Visitors can explore a wide range of exhibits, including a replica Norwegian stabbur, a tipi, a one room Sourdough schoolhouse, and the Fjare homestead cabin. The museum grounds feature acclaimed Lewis and Clark gardens, containing plants named by Clark in his 1806 journals and one of two such gardens remaining in Montana. Free WiFi, a gift shop, and a parking lot for large travel trailers are also available.
