About Frey House II
Frey House II is architect Albert Frey's second home in Palm Springs, completed in 1964 and now a hillside landmark. Perched on the San Jacinto mountain, this 800-square-foot residence features a steel-frame with large glass spans, a concrete block podium, and a roof that follows the terrain. Visitors can take special tours to see its unique design, which incorporates a large boulder into the interior and offers expansive views of the Coachella Valley.
