ASTRO Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ASTRO Network LLC (“ASTRO,” “we,” or “us”), the company that operates the ASTRO network, membership, software platform, Owners Exchange, and program ecosystem. By creating an ASTRO account or using ASTRO, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, do not use ASTRO.

1. Who may use ASTRO

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ASTRO. If you use ASTRO on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Accounts and sign-in

You access ASTRO through an ASTRO identity. You may sign in with an email Passport Link or, where offered, by continuing with a third-party sign-in provider such as Google. Third-party sign-in only confirms control of that provider account; ASTRO remains the authority for your ASTRO account, membership, and privileges. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for activity under it, for keeping your contact information accurate, and for promptly telling us of any unauthorized use. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account, or impersonate another person or account.

3. Membership and programs

Verified Membership is free. ASTRO also offers programs and features — including the Owners Exchange, Travelcoin, AArtners, Concierge, and guest-program commerce — some of which involve paid transactions. Each program or transaction is governed by the specific terms presented to you where you join, opt in, or check out, in addition to these Terms. Where a program’s terms conflict with these Terms on a matter specific to that program, the program’s terms control for that matter.

4. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree that you will:

  • provide accurate information and keep it current;
  • only claim, list, or act on a property you own or are authorized to represent, and hold the permissions and rights needed for what you submit;
  • use ASTRO lawfully, and not for fraud, infringement, harassment, scraping or automated abuse, circumventing security or verification, or interfering with the platform or other members;
  • not upload content or make claims you do not have the rights to, or that are false, misleading, or unlawful.

5. Your content and property information

You keep ownership of the content, images, and property information you submit. You grant ASTRO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and use that material as needed to operate and provide ASTRO and its programs to you. You represent that you have the rights and permissions for what you submit and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of others.

6. Payments, refunds, and cancellations

Verified Membership is free. Refunds and cancellations apply only to paid purchases and depend on the specific program or transaction. Purchases through AArtners, Concierge, guest commerce, or another ASTRO program are governed by the refund and cancellation terms presented for that program or transaction. ASTRO will correct duplicate charges, billing errors, or charges for goods or services not provided, and will provide any refund required by law.

7. Travelcoin

Travelcoin is not purchased, is not redeemable for cash, and is not a refundable payment balance. It is a program feature governed by these Terms and the Travelcoin program terms; it is not money or a stored-value instrument.

8. Third-party services

ASTRO uses third-party services — for example, sign-in providers such as Google and payment processors — to provide certain features. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. ASTRO is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

9. ASTRO’s intellectual property

ASTRO, its name and brand, the platform, and its software are owned by ASTRO Network LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right in ASTRO’s brand or software beyond using the platform as permitted here.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ASTRO provides the platform and its free membership features on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular business results, property eligibility, verification outcomes, exchange availability, or the accuracy of information supplied by members or third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASTRO disclaims implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed.

ASTRO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages. For direct damages, ASTRO’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $500 or the amount paid directly to ASTRO for the specific paid program or transaction giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, or to ASTRO’s fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.

11. Your responsibility for claims

You remain responsible for your own content, property claims, permissions, representations, and any unlawful misuse of the platform, and you agree to protect ASTRO from third-party claims caused by your infringement, fraud, unlawful conduct, or content submitted without the required rights.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ASTRO at any time. ASTRO may suspend or end access to protect members, the network, or the platform — for example, for a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or a legal requirement. Terms that by their nature should survive — including content licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, and your responsibility for claims — survive termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

ASTRO may update these Terms as the platform and its programs evolve. When we do, we will change the version and effective date above, and, where a change is material or where a program requires it, we may ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing certain actions. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and ASTRO agree that disputes relating to these Terms or to ASTRO will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. There is no mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver.
