No. ASTRO does not book standard guest stays, manage your availability calendar, or replace your existing booking channels. It works alongside your current setup to add a verified property identity, a free Guest Portal, and owner network opportunities.

Your free Guest Portal includes core tools to share Wi-Fi credentials, arrival and stay instructions, house rules, and local guide tips. You can also configure optional guest commerce like local pantry checkout or curated artwork.

No. Stays between verified owners on the ASTRO Exchange are completely optional. Every Exchange request requires your explicit host approval before booking.

To protect the integrity of the network, ASTRO must confirm that you manage the property. This is verified by adding a short verification phrase to a listing or website you control.

Payout setup lets ASTRO send you eligible payments from optional programs, guest commerce, or opportunities. Setting up payouts is handled securely via Stripe Connect, is not a membership charge, and does not guarantee earnings.
