About Taggart Hall Civil War Museum & Visitors Center
Taggart Hall is a historic eighteenth-century structure built in the 1790s by Quaker settler Frances Taggart. Now owned by the Fort Mill Ridge Foundation, the building houses the Civil War Museum and serves as an excellent starting point for historic walking tours of Romney. The structure represents early American architectural heritage.
