White Hall Museum is housed in a new building designed to resemble the original farmhouse of Carl B. Carter, whose property was accepted by the city in 1989 and converted into the museum. Its collection features a variety of exhibits for all family members, including memorabilia from several U.S. wars with uniforms and firearms.
