About White Hall Museum
White Hall Museum is housed in a new building designed to resemble the original farmhouse of Carl B. Carter, whose property was accepted by the city in 1989 and converted into the museum. Its collection features a variety of exhibits for all family members, including memorabilia from several U.S. wars with uniforms and firearms. The museum also displays items from the Pine Bluff Arsenal, along with loaned personal collections and works by local artists.
