About Old Stone House Museum
The Old Stone House Museum and Historic Village preserves the history of its community and northern Vermont, housing unique resources. The museum, which opened in 1925, and Brownington’s Historic District are cared for by the Orleans County Historical Society. It aims to bring Orleans County history to life through exploration. Visitors can also explore the online exhibit, Becoming Neighbors.
