About Lubbock Lake Landmark Visitors Center
The Lubbock Lake Landmark is an archaeological and natural history preserve and a heritage satellite facility of the Museum at Texas Tech University, containing evidence of almost 12,000 years of ancient human occupation and a rich natural history record. It is a National Historic Landmark, a State Archeological Landmark, and on the National Register of Historic Places, welcoming visitors to its accessible Robert A. Nash Interpretive Center.
