About Carrie Tower
Carrie Tower is a red-brick tower with buff stone trim, designed in modernized English Baroque style by Guy Lowell. It anchors the northwest corner of a front lawn, announcing an institution’s presence to visitors on Waterman Street. The tower was a gift from Paul Bajnotti in memory of his wife, Carrie Mathilde Brown, who is also honored in the Bajnotti Fountain. This historical landmark is included as part of a tour.
