The Armory of the Kentish Guards in East Greenwich, RI, was built in 1843 in the Greek Revival style. This armory is included in the National Register of Historic Places since 1971 and is the only one of its kind built in the United States on the cusp of the Mexican War. Inside, visitors can view a picture gallery of former members and the original 1774 charter displayed on a wall.
