About The Concord School House
The Concord School House and Upper Burying Ground of Germantown features an intact nineteenth-century schoolroom. The school house, built in 1775 and expanded in 1818, occupies a corner of the Upper Burying Ground. Established in 1693, the burying ground is one of the oldest cemeteries in Germantown and the Philadelphia region.
