Ataloa Lodge Museum, built in 1932 on the campus of historic Bacone College, is Native American operated. It features one of the largest privately owned collections of Native American history and culture in the US. The museum houses more than 20,000 pieces of traditional and contemporary Native American art, including a large Kachina Doll collection, items of daily and ceremonial use, and Civil War memorabilia.
