About USS Hazard
USS Hazard is an Admirable-class minesweeper displayed at Freedom Park, a United States Naval Museum on the Missouri River. Launched and commissioned in 1944, the Hazard served in escort and anti-submarine warfare duties during World War II before being decommissioned in 1946. The vessel is the only remaining Admirable-class minesweeper and stands among other naval vessels and aircraft at the museum.
