About Vincent House Museum
The Vincent House, built in 1672, is the oldest surviving residence on Martha's Vineyard. This 1 ½ story, three-room structure features 17th-century post and beam construction and a steeply pitched roof. Visitors can explore the house and its gardens, including a small apple orchard, to learn about early island life and farming. It is a centerpiece of Edgartown's Historic Tour.
