The Ben Stout House is the oldest man-made structure in The Parklands, a two-story limestone building that has been repaired and restored. Its deed lists Squire Boone from when the land was part of Virginia. Visitors can hike nearby trails like Boone Bottoms or Wild Hyacinth Trail, then picnic at tables near the house.
