About Emily Oak Nature Center
Emily Oak Nature Center is a thirteen-acre woodland oasis in Skokie, featuring native wildflowers, grasses, ancient oak trees, and a two-acre pond. Visitors can explore wood chip and asphalt trails, observe urban wildlife like herons and flying squirrels, and use an adjacent playground. The indoor visitor facility includes meeting rooms and the interactive Woodland Wander Inn.
