The USS Utah Memorial commemorates the battleship USS Utah, which was sunk during the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. Originally commissioned in 1911, the ship was later converted into a target ship and anti-aircraft gunnery training vessel. The wreck of the USS Utah remains in the harbor, and a memorial was erected nearby in 1972.
