About Seaford Museum
The Seaford Museum, opened in 2003, is located in a restored 1930s post office building in downtown Seaford. It houses thousands of local artifacts tracing United States, Delaware, and area history, from the Nanticoke Indians to a nylon spinning machine. Exhibits cover early agriculture, shipbuilding, and the poultry industry, alongside a changing gallery. Visitors can also see two permanent murals by artist Jack Lewis, depicting Seaford life from the late 1890s and the 1960s.
