About Amache Museum
The Amache Museum in downtown Granada houses objects donated by survivors and recovered through archaeological research. Exhibits, maintained by the Amache Preservation Society and updated by Denver University, feature items like "Flag #6" from the "48-Star Flag Signing Project," a suitcase, a tea crate, and a nurse’s cape and wimple. Granada High School students volunteer to staff the museum.
