About California Surf Museum
The California Surf Museum is an international repository and resource center dedicated to preserving the art, culture, and heritage of surfing. Founded in 1986, it welcomes tens of thousands of annual visitors from over 40 nations. Visitors can explore exhibits, such as the current Surfriding: Hawaiian Royalty’s Gift to the World, which chronicles how Hawaiian royalty introduced surfing globally.
