About Shoalwater Bay Heritage Museum
The Shoalwater Bay Museum showcases Shoalwater Bay Tribal history and culture through various exhibits. Visitors can view paintings by tribal artist Eugene Landry, a nearly 27-foot-long historic canoe, and contemporary carvings. The museum also features fine art photography from tribal member artists and a collection of baskets spanning generations. A Timeline exhibit on the front wall includes important events, historic family photos, and a video installation.
