Dabbs House Museum is a historic house museum featuring exhibit galleries and a research library. It served as General Robert E. Lee’s field headquarters in 1862 and later as Henrico’s police headquarters from 1941-2005. Visitors can tour the 1862 field headquarters, browse exhibits and a gift shop, and view a video on the house's history. A research library, housing Civil War research, is also available.
