About Great Oaks Country Club
Great Oaks Country Club is a private 18-hole golf course in Floyd, VA, designed by Gene Hamm. Established in 1966, the course features a wide-open front nine, which opened in 1968, and a shorter, accuracy-focused back nine, which opened in 1993. The 7th hole is a 423-yard dogleg left, ranked among the toughest in SWVA. Guests are welcome to experience the challenging layout and terrific views near the Blue Ridge Parkway.
