About Miller-Kite House Museum
The Miller-Kite House Museum is located in a two-story, L-shaped brick dwelling built in 1827. This historic house served as General Stonewall Jackson's headquarters during the beginning of the Shenandoah Valley Campaign. Visitors can see exhibits featuring many items from the Civil War era, including some articles belonging to Jackson. The house features a cross-gable roof with sawnwork filigree.
