About Old University Building
The Old Nacogdoches University Building is a Texas State Historical Landmark and listed in the National Register of Historic Places. It operates as a museum run by the Nacogdoches Federation of Women’s Clubs, displaying period furnishings and artifacts from its earlier days. This building is the only existing one in Texas built for a university established during the Republic of Texas.
