About The Eagle Hotel
The Eagle Hotel, also known as the Stone Hotel, was constructed in 1826 with locally quarried stone and largely retains its original appearance. Built as an inn and stagecoach stop, it once featured a spring floor ballroom on its third floor. Today, the Fort LeBoeuf Historical Society owns the hotel, which is a significant part of the Fort LeBoeuf Historical Campus. A restaurant operates on the first floor.
