About Miles-Humes House, Centre County Library & Historical Museum
The Historical Museum is housed in the historic Miles-Potter-Humes House, an early nineteenth century Georgian home in downtown Bellefonte. It is dedicated to preserving and sharing Centre County artifacts, including collections on industrial heritage, influential residents, textile history, and everyday life. The museum maintains in-house photograph, oral history, postcard, and textile collections. Visitors can also view digitized collections and a video series exploring local history.
