About Strong House
Strongsville's historical village comprises several preserved structures including Miss Gilbert's Academy (1842), the Lathrop House (1871), an early log cabin, the Pomeroy House (1832), and other period buildings. The site exhibits artifacts spanning Victorian furnishings, implements, dolls, and memorabilia representing the community's 19th and 20th century heritage.
