About Loghurst Museum
Loghurst is a historic home and 7 acre property in Canfield, Ohio, maintained by the Canfield Heritage Foundation. Built in 1805, it is thought to be the oldest remaining log home in the Western Reserve. The museum property served as a family home, a tavern, and an Underground Railroad stop from 1835 to 1845. Visitors can explore the historic home and grounds, and attend special events throughout the summer.
