About Historical Society of the Tonawandas
The Historical Society of the Tonawandas collects, preserves, interprets, exhibits, and publishes the history of the Cities of Tonawanda and North Tonawanda. It manages three locations in Tonawanda, including the Twin Cities Heritage Center in a former railroad station and public library, and the Benjamin Long Homestead, a historic home built in 1829. The society also maintains a Research Center for its collections and public research, with a selection of items available online.
