The Eugene L. Nicandri Nature Center opened in May 2017 within Robert Moses State Park in Massena, NY. It features indoor exhibits on north country habitats, including large scale tanks with native fish and turtles, designed to be hands-on and educational. The center also connects to a 6-mile trail system for year-round scenic hikes and groomed cross country skiing in winter. It provides daily public programs.
