The Jesse Helms Center in Wingate, NC, is an interactive museum dedicated to the life and times of Senator Jesse Helms. Visitors can take free tours to learn about North Carolina’s longest-serving senator. The Center houses the Senator's Archives, featuring correspondence, speeches, photographs, videos, and other historical records. A self-guided virtual tour is also available.
