About Raeford-Hoke Museum
The Raeford-Hoke Museum is located in Raeford, North Carolina consisting of two colonial homes. The McLauchlin-McFadyen House which was built in 1905 and original to the museum property. The second house, the Parker-Ray House, was donated and moved to the museum grounds by ancestors of the home. The Parker-Ray House was built in 1899 and has been restored to its early 1900s splendor. In addition the museum has multiple out buildings to include an old school house, country store, carriage house, a Fire and Rescue museum with antique fire engine, also known as the Emergency Building, and little girls dream house filled with dolls.
