About Three College Observatory
Three College Observatory features a 0.81-meter reflecting telescope, one of the largest in the southeastern United States, situated at a dark-sky location in central North Carolina. Operated jointly by UNCG, NC A&T State University, and Guilford College, the observatory offers public viewing nights throughout the year for astronomical observation and education.
