About Mackinaw Bridge Museum
The Mackinaw Bridge Museum is located above Mama Mia's Restaurant in Mackinaw City. It was created by J. C. Stilwell, an ironworker who helped build the Mackinac Bridge. The museum displays items donated by ironworkers, including a spinning wheel, a diving suit, documents, photographs, and tools used during the bridge's construction. It offers visitors a look into the history of the Mighty Mac.
